Information about your right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you received your item.

How it works:

  • Fill in your name, your email address and your order number (you will find it in your order confirmation)
  • In the text field, state whether you wish to cancel your entire purchase or only specific items from your order.
  • Click “Confirm that I am cancelling my purchase”.

As soon as you click the button, your case is registered and a confirmation is sent to your email address.
We will also send you instructions on how to return the items to us.
